MECHANICS' BAY.
(To the Editor.) Sir, —Kindly allow mc a little space in your valuable paper to draw attention to the state of the road at Mechanics' Bay, between the railway bridge and the King's drive. To put it plainly it is a thorough disgrace to the Council responsible for its condition, considering the number of men and beasts that have to plod through the slush morning and night,—l am, etc., A CARTER.
