to time references to a bill constituting ; some kind of Drainage Board for the city and suburbs of Auckland. Could you kindly inform me.if the ratepayers are to be favoured with an opportunity of perusing the bill? I see the House sits on 29th inst., so there is not much time for us to criticise the bill.—l am, etc., CONDUIT. [The bill may be seen at the municipal offices,* Wellesley-street, or at the offices of any of the suburban boroughs and road boards.—Ed.]
