NATIONAL BANK.
DIVIDEND AND BONUS DECLARED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The general manager of tlie National Bank of New Zealand lias received a cable from his London board advising the declaration of an interim dividend of ■five perecent for the half-year, and a bonus to shareholders of 2 per cent on paid-up capital of £37.5,000, equalling 12 per cent in all for the year to MaTch 31 last. The sum of £25,000 has been added to the reserve fund, making it £350,000, and £11.300 carried froward. The directors further- allocated £12,500 in reduction of bank presises account, voted £3000 to the offiecers" pension fund, and granted a bonus to the staff. The annual meeting will be held in London on Juiy
