TRAFFIC DELAYED. (Received 9__6 a-ih.) . -_-ELBOTJRN___ this day. The weather is bitterly cold "and heavy falls of snow and hail have been experienced in many parts of the State. ADELAIDE, this day. The greater part of the State experi- ' enced snowstorms, the falls in some districts being nine inches. Mail traffic has been delayed in some places and telegraph lines have collapsed under the ' weight of the snow. SYDNEY, June 22. Bitter weather conditions prevail, and the-temperature is down to 23deg. Snow is falling in the Southern districts, and over 3 inches has been recorded at the Jenolan Caves.
