BLACKWATER STRIKE SETTLED.

(By Telegraph.—Tress Association.) REEFTON, this day. At a meeting of the Inangahua Miners' Union at Blackwater yesterday, it was announced that the difficulty in dispute had been settled. The contractor offered to forego his extra contracts, and it is understood that the company will release him from his engagements under them. | The matter is considered as settled in j a satisfactory manner.
