His Excellency the Governor, accom» panied by Captain Lyon, A.D.C., is paying a visit to-day to the Salvatioii Army's Inebriates' Home at Bell's Island. On Tuesday next Lady Plunket will attend the meeting of the Mothers' Union in St. Matthew's Parish Hall. On Thursday evening Lord Plunket presides at the annual gathering of the Bands of Hope in the Royal Albert Hall, and on the following Saturday will be present at the Savage Club's KαZSSO.
