Sir, —I see in Wednesday's issue a letter signed "Resident," in -which he writers of workmen's tickets, return fares, short sections, etc. Now, as one of the oldest residents in the district, I heartily endorse all that "Resident" says, and I am only sorry he did not put the case much stronger, as he might easily have done. I consider the Deed of Delegation, as drawn up, a case of flagrant neglect of the interests of the working classes. —I am, etc., OLD TIMER. J
