NEW BATHS AT HELENSVILLE.
A meeting of the Helensville Domain Board was held on Monday, March 30, when there were present, R M. Cameron (chairman), J. L. Stewart, Wm. Downer, A. Becroft. and J. F. Lambert. The following tenders were received for the erecting of six private baths, swimming bath and ' buildings:—Ca'rnes and Holt, £1075 14/; Chappell and Woolley, £794; H. B. Becroft, £741. Mr. J. L. Stewart proposed that the lowest tender, that of Mr. H. B. Becroft, be accepted. It was seconded by Mr. Lambert and carried by the Boan'.. Mr. ( Stewart moved that an inspector be ap2>ointed to supervise the work. Seconded by Mr. Lambert and carried.
