PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES. STBASGERS EXCLUDED FROM EXCHANGES. NEW YORK, April 2. All the leading Stock Exchanges in New York have closed the visitors' galleries. It is believed that the threats of anarchists have rendered it advisable to exclude strangers from the Exchanges. [According to a message of a few weeks ago the strangers' galleries of the Wallj street Exchange had actually been closed j owing to the threate of anarchists to J hurl a bomb among the financiers. Then came anarchist placards condemning the financiers, and finally the remarkable demonstration of 20,000 anarchists, mostly women, in Union Square, which culminated in Silverstein's bomb outrage.]
