a. ITNASCIAii SUKPRISE, BEQTHSES 160 MILLIONS. i ; , JKeceived 8.40 a.m.); LONDON, April 2. Mr. Walter Runciman's (Finance) Committee reports that 160 millions will be required on present lines to finance the Irish Land Act to completion, instead of tlie original estimate of 100 millions.
