On Tuesday we i cleared an extra large catalogue of hides and skins, tallow, etc. The market is brisk for all well flayed and conditioned lots; other sorts are dull of sale. .... Hides.—Extra stout, 7d to 73d; stout, 6Jd to 7d"; medium, to Gid; light, 5d to 5Jd Cow, best, 4gd- good, 4sd; seconds, 3d to 4d. Kip, well flayed, 4d to 44d; scored 2d to 3d; calf, first quality, up to'sd per lbbadly shaped, 3*d to 3Jd; scored, 2d to *>ld lb. Sfi'eep Skins.—Butchers, large, 1/S to 1/9-1 good lines, 1/7; small, 1/3 to 1/4. Lambs I at the same prices. Dry pelts, 6d to 1/3' each. Tallow market firm. Best in shipment casks, 26/0; in broken casks and packages 24/ to 25/-, inferior, 16/ to 17/ per cwt Rough fat, 13d per lb.
