GERMAN SAILOR DROWNED.

About 2.30 on the 21st ult. a German sailor, employed on the steamer Schwaben, in port at Sydney, was working on a pump at the side of the vessel, when he missed his footing and fell. He struck his head on the side of the punt, and was stunned, afterwards dropping into the water.
