The quarterly British revenue amounts to ±58.639,840, to which Customs contri 1 bated £7.760,000, excise £8.870,000, and stamps £1-070,000. Tie year's revenue totalled £156,537,----690, an increase of £3,703..000 above the Estimates. The income tax yielded £32.380,000. [For the year 1906-7 the total revenue •ras£l44,SU,ooo, so that the increase for fts psst year amounts to £11,723,690. Tk income-tax in the former year save 31,600,000.]
