SIB E. GEET-'S SCHEME. . ACCEPTED BY AUSTRIA. (Received 5.23 a.m.) VIENNA, April 1. It is authoritatively announced in .Vienna that the Austrian Government has decided to accept the proposals of Sir Edward Grey (British Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs), for the better government of Macedonia, including the appointment of a Governor nominated by the Powers.
