AQUATICS.
The final of the pair oar race, for retired members of the Auckland Rowing: Club, postponed from the annual picnic held on Saturday last, was rowed o£E at the Boa->----house last evening, when B. Bach and H Desborough met M. Anderson and W. Brown to decide supremacy. The water was exceptionally smooth, and a. great race resulted, Anderson and Brown CDustin eox> securing the verdict by a bare '»"~rt| Oa*» &») waa tmrr tmat.
