SCOTTISH LAND VALUES BILL.
LONDON, March 27. In the House of Lords the Earl of Crewe (Lord President of the Council) in moving the second reading of the Scottish Land Values Bill, repudiated the land theories of Henry George. The bill was read a second time unopposed, with a view to introducing amendments in committee.
