There had been D- members, and also a number of visiting members, who pay only n very small fee. Mrs Kdniunds. Misses Brooks and Willis. Messrs Walker. Korhm. and Lewis; captain. Mr 1!. S. C'Mjper: green superintendent. Mrs IMmunds: auditor. Mr Karnnll. The handi-raiiiii-.iK was left in the hands of the committee. The formal opeulnjt of the srcens will take place on the 21th of April Ii was reported that the ladies had affiliated with the New Zealand branch of the Ladles' Golf Club. A meetinc; of the Cnmbridße Tennis dill) was held yesterday afternoon, when it was derided to accept the offer of the Domain Hoard to allow the elnh the use of the land at the back of the rosery. upon which to make courts, anil a hearty vote of thanks was passed to that body for its kindness and generosity in donating £10 towards the making of the courts. The work will be proceeded with at once, and the number of new courts will be three.
