LONDON, March 19. A caller induced the cashier at the Southampton branch of Lloyds' Bank to go into the street to speak to a gouty occupant of a cab. Meanwhile the caller decamped with one thousand pounds in aotes and cash. The occupant of the cab likewise disappeared.
