Jas. Little, a farmer, of Glenoura. was found not guilty of a similar offence, and was discharged. A decree nisi was granted to Louie slaud Vanston, who applied for a divorce from her husband. A meeting of representatives of the employees of the various monumental mason works was held in St. George's Hall Lodgeroom last evening (Thursday ) to consider the proposal to hold a combined picnic. Mr. G. Mount occupied the chair. After lengthy discussion it was decided that owing to the lateness of the season it was advisable to hold a fishing excursion this year instead.
