Verdict for Defendant—Frederick Brown, a Venetian blind maker, sued Maurice Evans, a builder, for £2 18/10, tae price of blinds sold and delivered. Mr Baxter appeared for plaintiff, and Mr J. B. John-
ston lor defendant Evidence was given oa both sides, and the defendant produced evidence to show that the goods were ordered and delivered to aMr Ferra. A' verdict was accordingly given for defendant, with £1 1/ costs.
