ARBITRATION COURT SITTINGS
Judge Sim has made the following arrangements for the sittings of the Court of Arbitration in the Northern Industrial District: Auckland, Tuesday, April 28, at 11 a.m., for the hearing of all industrial disputes, compensation cases, breaches of award, and other cases, except those subsequently set out. Gisborne, on Wednesday, May 12, for hearing Gisborne waterside workers' dispute, compensation cases, Harwood against Delatour, and enforcements of award against employers. A date for the hearing of the Hikuxangi coal miners' dispute at vYTiangarei will be fixed after the Court arrives in Auckland. On the first day of the sitting in Auckland the Court will hear only enforcement cases, and parties in industrial disputes and compensation cases need not bring any witnesses on that day. Dates will be fixed for hearing the latter.
