THEATRICAL LODGER.S. At the S.M. Court this afternoon, before Mr. District .ludge Kettle, Miss Bastou, a boarding-house, keeper, brought action against two young men named Will and Ben Banvard, two actors, for the recovery of board and lodging. Mr. Baxter appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr. Hackett for the defendants. Plaintiff, in the course of her evidence, stated that she was compelled to ask the defendant* to leave her house. Their behaviour became so objectionable that she was forced to order them away. They used bad language, and other boarders refused to sit at the table with thorn. One evening the defendant? camf home with some fish, and wanted it cooked at 11 o"clock. Because she refused tliry insulted her. In answer to Mr. Jlac-kett. witness denied that her mother assaulted one of the defendants. I The case is proceeding.)
