ME. FARCLAY'S ATTITUDE. (By Telegraph.—Vress Association.) - DU-STEDEST, this dayMr. Barclay, addressing his constituents, generally approved of the Government's policy. He thought the redistribution of seats should only take place every ten years. He regretted the Blackball strike, but the miners were tortured by the dismissal of seven of their leaders, because of their exertions on behalf of their fellows, and because of the position they took up in endeavouring to assist them to better their condition. A vote of thanks and confidence was unanimously passed.
