CRICKET.
HAWKE'S BAT BEAT WAIEABAPA. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NAPIER, Wednesday. The representative cricket match, WalTarapa v. Hawke's Bay, was resumed to-day. Hawke's Bay, in their second innings, gave the visitors some leather-hunting, and eventually declared their innings closed with the score at 207 for two wickets. Fenton scored 101 not out, Bailey 71, and Hawke 15 not out. Wairarapa, in their second attempt, only succeeded in putting together' 46 runs, leaving Hawke's Bay winners by 340 runs. .
