It is c understood that Mr. Cowie will accept T the position. x Mr. Sol. N. Ziman, the 1908 Rhodes t Scholar, has decided to leave Auckland early next month for London, via Wellington and Melbourne. Mr. Ziman en- _ ters on his college course at Oxford in t October next, and while pursuing the t usual BA. course, will devote himself principally to mathematics and science studies.
