MACAO INCIDENT.
Japanese Apologies. i' I PEKIN, March 16. , China has apologised to Japan for hauling down the flag of the Japanese steamer Tatsu iiaru, seized off Macao, and has saluted the flag and will restore the vessel. Japan agrees to prohibit the importation of arms into China by Japanese.
