PROPOSED BALKAN RAILWAY.
BELGRADE, February 17. The. whole of the; Servian J^ress..demands the construction of a " railway across the Balkan States from the Banahe-'to the Adriatic,; via>Servia,'-and unanimously protests against the Novi; bazar jailway, alleging that it is a mere disguise to secure at the expenss of the Slavs.
