IMPERIAL CRICKET BOARD.
Abe Bailey's Suggestion. (Received B.IS a.m.) CAPETOWN, January 5. ilr Abe Bailey, the well-known Johannesburg millionaire and cricket enthusiast, has suggested a scheme for the establishment of an Imperial Board of Control for Cricket to replace the present rule of the M.C.C. He suggests that each of the colonies of the Empire, including Canada, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand should have one representative on this board, and that England should have one representative in addition to the chairman.
