NAUSEATING EVIDENCE.

KAISER'S COUSINS. ACCUSED. EMPEROR WANTED AS WITNESS. (Received 8.32 a-m.) BERLIN, October 25. Nauseating evidence describes the orgies of Count Lynars at Potsdam, implicating high officers of State, noblemen, and two of the Kaiser's cousins. Count K. Moltke denies that he was aware of his friends' proclivities, and is anxious to call the Kaiser to contradict the Camarilla's alleged political influence. [The Camarilla is the term applied to the secret coterie among the Kaiser's advisers, among whom the present scandal arose.] [The prosecution of the editor of the " Zukunft" has been pending for some time, and arises out of allegations of a very grave nature with regard to the morality of certain members of the Court party, and particularly in the circle of the Crown Prince. The banishment last year of Prince Frederick Henry, son of the late Regent of Brunswick, by the angry Kaiser, who actually boxed the young prince's ears in presence of his Court, was the first public indication of the scandal which has taken shape latterly. A few months back Herr Harden absolved Prince Philip of the charge of having himself been a party to the immoralities of his clique, and explained that his object was to break the ring of " mystics," as he politely termed them, surrounding the Crown Prince.]
