They should have a Government newspaper. He had been very seriously considering the matter, and it was (juite -possible that he would ask Parliament to approve the establishment of a daily paper. Amidst dissent, laughter, and interruptions Mr. Kidston went on to say that its functions would be to report news and publish, opinions only as signed articles. Party preferences would be absolutely excluded from it.
