The King's Match,
SYDNEY, October 23.
The first stage of the King's Match (200, 500, and 600 yards; seven shots) was won by Cutler, of Bathurst (New South Wales), with a score of 102 out of 105. Four tied for second place with 100. The chief New Zealand scorers were:— Muggridge, 97; Craw (Canterbury), 05; W. Speck and C Speck (Hururoa), 94.
