Advocated hy Rudyard Kipling,
OTTAWA, October 21.
Mr. Rudyard Kipling, speaking at Toronto, advocated closer fellowship between Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa for mutual preference in trade. He added that the last-named three offered the promise of markets woithy of serious attention.
