Wilson ,v_ Impey, LtdV and Thomas Impey, claim for £44-6AO, Mr McYeagh.. appeared for . plaintiff and Mr McLean for defendant. The plaintiff, who was employed in the ana a? a-bookkeeper stated "that according to arrangement he was to be paid£3 a week and 10 per cent upon the profits. Later on' his salary was altered to £4 without the 10,per-cent of the profits, thus leaving a year's cominlST si.on of 10 per cent due. Plaintiff's brother; a partner in the firm, testified to the arrangements, but. defendant denied that any agreement had been. made. Decision was' reserved.,
