RAND NATIVE LIQUOR BILL.

PRETORIA, July 24.
"The Times" Johannesburg correspondent states that the main object of the Government Natives Liquor Bill is to attract a larger number of Kaffirs to the Band, but the support of the brewers and a certain number of mining men will- be insufficient to cany the bill in face of fixe gmiwiug etona-o£ opposition.
