MAN SHOT DEAD.

Outside tne Ultimo Hotel, at the corner of Ultimo-road and Quay-street 'Ultimo, Albert . Victor Welsh, commonly known as "Paddy" Welsh, was' saot through the heart by Walter Scott Laid, law, a coal-lumper's winchman.
