iFrom Our Special Correspondent.) LONDON, June 7th. The Antipodean bowlers at present on tour in England have not experienced a successful week. Last Friday, teams ol New ZeaJanders and Australians "were "taken down" by rinks of the South LouSon Club over their own green, the Australians being beaten by 19 shots and the Sew Zealanders, skipped by Hγ W. Bamett, delated by five. On Saturday, the New Zealanders paid B. visit to Brighton to tackle tne talent of the Hove B.C. Before the match, the visitors were entertained to lunch by the local club, the Mayor of Hove, Alderman Morrison, presiding over the proceedings. SSie match, which was played on rain-sod-den turf, ended in a decisive -win for the local players by 55 to 28. For New Zealand, Messrs Manz, Louisson, Bamett, and STcilHTid performed on rink No. 1, ana Messrs Court, Casey, Prince, and Wakeman on rink No. 2. Defeat was again the New Zealanders' lot when they encountered the Brownswood Club at Stoke Newington on Monday. The play was especially noticeable lor generally lengthy ends.
