PAE-ROA, Friday. Last evening the members of St. Paul's Qnreh of England choir visited the residence of Mr. R. W. Evans, choirmaster. JJcnag the evening the Hey. Cowie, on be--syf of those present, presented Mr. Evans with a handsome travelling-bag, and dress-ing-case, as a mark of appreciation of his valuable services as choirmaster during the past three-and-half years. last evening an inspection parade of the ao 1 Ohinemuri rifles was held.
