SUPREME COURT.
WHITTON AND COSSAR ADMITTED TO PROBATION. WELLINGTON, this day. At the Supreme Court Wkitton was charged with theft from E. W. Mills and Co., and Cossar on a similar charge of theft from Sargood and Co., and were admitted to probation for twelve months. Both accused were departmental managers at their respective warehouses. A man named Percy Pratt, for making a false declaration under the Marriage Act, was ordered to come up for sentence -when called on.
