ACCIDENT AT WAIHI.
(By Telegraph.—- correspondent.) WAIHI, this day. A man named James Ansell had a miraculous escape from death in the Waihi Mine last night. He fell down a pass a depth of about 40 feet, and sustained bad cuts on a hand and arm, several stitches being necessary.
