N.Z. FOOTBALLERS.
A ROUGH TRIP. (By Cable.—Press Association Copyright.) (Received 10.15 a-m.) SYDNEY, this day. The s.s. Warrimoo, from Wellington with the New Zealand footballers on board, arrived at Sydney at five this morning. (Received 12,34 p.m.)
SYDNEY, this day. The Warrimoo experienced stormy conditions during the first two days of her voyage, and throughout the trip she had to battle against head winds. The New Zealand football team suffered considerably from seasickness, all but one keeping in their berths on the first day. Only two had sufficiently recovered to get about on the second day, and some were about for the first time yesterday. One or two of the team are a bit weak from the effects of the sickness, otherwise they all landed in good condition.
