AGAINST THE CZAR.
VIOLENT MANIFESTOES.
FIGHT WITH BItIGANDS IN MOSCOW. ST. PETERSBURG, July 10. The revolutionary committees of St. Petersburg have issued two violent manifestoes attacking Czardom for depriving the people of all rights previously conceded.
Nine armed brigands attacked a cashier employed on the Moscow-Kezen railway in a street in Moscow, using bombs and revolvers.
The police had previously been warned, and captured four of the brigands. They killed one, and severely wounded three, while one escaped.
