FRENCH NAVAL MISHAPS.
Suspicions Sequence at Toulon. (Received 9-11 a.m.) PARIS, July 8. A mysterious fire occurred yesterday close to the magazine of the battleship Hoch. This is the third accident of the kind at Toulon within a month. During the trial of the submarine Rubis the valve was left open and some hundreds of thousands of francs' damage was done.
