Mr. Redmond Forecasts a Dissolution. LONDON, July 8. Mr. John E. Redmond (leader of the Irish Nationalists), speaking at Battersea, appealed to the Irish nation to commence , during the autumn and winter a great Home Rule movement for the compusory purchase of grazing lands in the. west of Ireland. Mr. Redmond predicted a dissolution within eighteen months. _.- -
