WESTBALIAN STRIKE CASE. (Received 10.15 ajn.) PERTH, this day. The Full Court has refused an application to discharge the injunction against the Timber-workers' Defence Committee, the object oi which was to prevent their aiding and abetting the strikers by the distribution of relief to the strikers and their families. The Chief Justice said , the workers had set up the Arbitration Court and must abide by its decisions. A .VISIT OF FISH. (Received 10.4 a.m.) SYDNEY, this day. Large shoals of southern tunnies are I off the coast. This is the first recorded visit of this fish to these waters. MR. FISHER IN SYDNEY. SYDNEY, June 6. A monster no-license demonstration was held in the Sydney Town Hall to- j night. The speakers included Mr. Fisher, j M.H.R., of New Zealand. '
