FOOTBALL.
A considerable amount of interest was centred in the matcii between the Point Chevalier and Epsom school reams, irhicli was played on rhe Kingsland ground. Both teams had an unbeaten record, and a good game resulted in the Point Chevalier team winning by eight points to three. Epsom scored within ten minutes of the start, but the Point boys retaliated with two tries, which were scored by Don Kenealy / and Arthur IJawreace respectively, the former lad converting one of the tries. It was arranged that on Saturday nest Matanra should meet Waltete. Tie District High. School Clnb was affiliated with the Union.
