AMUSEMENTS.
HIS-MAJESTY'S THEATRE. Edison's Pictures at His Majesty's Theatre continue to prove a strong source of attraction. A matinee performance was given this afternoon. The present programme will be repeated for the last time this evening, and on Monday night a number of new films will be shown.
"THE SHAUGHRAUN."
The lovers of Irish drama will be afforded an opportunity of witnessing that very fine play "Conn the Shaughraun," which is set down for production at St. Benedict's Hall on Monday evening next. Scenery has been specially painted, handsome costumes provided, and every effort made to give this fine play a fitting representation. The cast has been selected from the Advance School of Acting Society, and Mr. .Phil Walsh will be seen in the part of Conn. a. character in which it is stated he excels.
