LONDON, March 15,: Owing to the lack of police protection the natives at Nairobe in British East Africa have insulted several white women. Captain Crogan, President of the Colouists' Association, with two other Europeans, publicly flogged three negroes outside the courthouse, despite the manig. i trate's protest. ° The unrest is increasing, and anas have been issued to all Europeans.
