THAMES HOSPITAL.
The monthly meeting of the trustees of Thames Hospital tock place last night, the Rev. Monsignor O'Reilly presiding. Ten applications were received for the position of medical officer iv pla-ee of Dr. Aubin, who resigned. The appointment was given to Dr. B. Walsh, M.8.. B.ch., present senior r-esidont medical ofUeer at Auckland Hospital. Reference was made by the Chairman to the death in England of Dr. Williams (formerly resident surgeon at Thames Hospital), also to the death of Dr. McGregor, late inspector-general of hospitals. A resolution was passed tendering the trustees , best wishes to Dr. Aubin. who for the past six years satisfactorily filled the position of resident surgeon at Thames Hospital.
