THEFT OF A BICYCLE.

In the Police Court this morning, a Norfold Islander named Thomas Morgan (alias Billy Andrews and Louie Harrie) was charged with the theft of a bicycle from I. Brown and Co. Accused pleaded guilty. Constable Scott, of Auckland, gave evidence as to the arrest of the accused, who was also charged with obtaining board under false pretences from Alfred Milson. Accused pleaded guilty, and was sentenced to one month on the first charge, and three months' imprisonment on the second.
