SYDNEY, this day. - A shearer named W. Retalliek, of Al'barv. is putting in a claim for the Brooks estate, in England, valued at two : jnißioiis sterling. He claims direct isfiip[The estate referred to is probably gat of the Crawshaw barony, in Leiceskjsfelre and Lancashire.]
